    • Every member in our forum is solely responsible for any information or materials he/she posts.
    • Every subscriber is responsible for any activities under his/her account. Notify us immediately at contact@cleanscriptgroup.com if an unauthorised login is suspected in your account.
    • CleanScript has the right to use, modify, and publicly display materials and information provided by members for the purposes of providing and promoting our services.
    • You must not reproduce materials on the site for commercial purposes.
    • You must not post materials which are linked to any malicious computer software.
    • You must not conduct data mining activities without a prior and written consent of CleanScript management.
    • When links to materials or websites are provided, we are not liable for the unavailability of such sites and are not responsible for the information contained in them.
    • We reserve the right to restrict access to some areas of the website at our discretion and without the consent of the members.
    • We reserve the right to disable any user ID without prior notice.
    • We are not liable in the event of any failures which are as a result of the information or materials provided on the site.
    • We will do our best to screen every information and material provided.
    • You must not act dishonestly or unprofessionally, including, harassing, abusing or harming other members and posting inappropriate or inaccurate content.
    • You must not create a false identity on CleanScript or attempt to use another member’s account.
    • Our services may be subject to differences in prices due to exchange rates.
    • Taxes and extra charges which is as a result of our services shall be borne by the customer.
    • We do not guarantee refunds for paid services after rendering the services or delivery of the product.
    • By registering with us, we assume that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
  • Research Support Terms of Service
    • Work owners are responsible for the accuracy of the scope of work and other relevant information.
    • Work owners shall provide us with documents showing the scope and acceptance criteria of the intended work. This will be used during our quality check at the end of the work.
    • Once a work is commenced, 10 percent of the agreed fee will be non-refundable.
    • Work owners bear the cost of doing the wrong project due to inaccurate and ambiguous information provided.
    • All fees are negotiable and are dependent on such factors as location, time frame and other constraints.
    • Upon completion of any services or works, full payments must be received from the owner prior to the product handover.
    • For writing and editing services, corrections to the work after the initial handover will be done at no extra cost.
    • We will not be liable in the event of any academic failures occasioned by your project work.
    • Instalment plans can be made for the work owners but all payments must not exceed three instalments.
    • Changes in the scope of work after an agreement on the initial scope of work and commencement of work will be accommodated at no extra cost.
    • Work owners must be actively involved with the work and must be available for any clarifications per the work. Issues which arise in the course of any services must be reported immediately to contact@cleanscriptgroup.com.
    • We do not guarantee that your expected grades must be made through our services but we will always do our best to satisfy every member.
    • Our mode of payments will be through: online payments through debit and credit cards, direct bank to bank transfer and PayStack.
    • Agents rendering help through us must be paid by us (CleanScript) and not the member, and members seeking help and services must pay to us and not directly to the agents offering the help. This is to ensure that there are no issues and disputes with the services prior to payment and work handover. Any party who goes against this term will not be able to seek and offer help through our group in the future.
    • Payments to agents offering helps and services may be made through Paystack. We expect the agent to register with Paystack in order to access his/her money. Registration with Paystack is free. Paystack may serve as an arbitrator in case of disputes which may arise from the work.
    • Agents and work owners bear the cost of Paystack charges while sending or receiving funds.
    • All customers and agents who indicate interests to work with us must sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with us which will be a legally binding document / contract between CleanScript and agents or customers.
    • Agents may be required to provide a referee even after executing an MoA.
    • We reserve the right to terminate our contract with any agent who violates our terms of service at any stage of the contract.
    • Full payments will only be made to agents when the acceptance criteria and quality requirements of the work are met.
    • We do not guarantee that your request for our services or help must be matched by an agent.
    • Our official language for all communications is English.
    • Our choice of an agent for any services will be based on such criteria as location, proximity to work owner, evidences of capability, experience and qualifications per the services.
    • All completed writing and editing services/works must be sent to contact@cleanscriptgroup.com prior to final handover to the owner for quality checks which will involve proofreading and plagiarism check.
    • We will terminate our contract and agreement with any party who violates any of these terms.
    • CleanScript does not intend to make researchers or students lazy. In line with this, we will not support any researcher unless he/she is actively involved with the work from initiation to closure.
    • By agreeing to work with us, we assume that you have consulted and conferred with your project committee, supervisor, professor or any other body as the case may be to determine the accepted parameters of our assistance and to fully disclose the nature of the assistance you will be receiving from us. We will not be held liable if our assistance to you is perceived unethical by your institution.
    • After receiving assistance of any sort from us, we strongly recommend that you indicate or acknowledge the full extent of our assistance to you in a byline or in acknowledgement section of your work. Failure to do this may be unethical and we won’t be held responsible if any issues arise due to this.
    • We reserve the right to change or modify our terms and conditions without prior notice to any party.
    • By registering to work with us, we assume that you have read and fully understood our terms, and are comfortable with them.
  • Corporate Bodies Terms of Service
    • Your access to and use of the information, materials and other resources provided here is subject to your acceptance and compliance with our terms and conditions.
    • In addition to these terms and conditions, we may coin new terms to address and govern our relationship with all corporate bodies.
    • CleanScript is not liable for errors in adverts placed on CleanScript website.
    • CleanScript does not guarantee that downloadable files on the website are free of viruses.
    • CleanScript reserves the right at all times to alter functionalities or services available on the website.
    • You are obliged to make sure that adverts and works posted on CleanScript website do not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party.
    • You must guarantee that all files uploaded on CleanScript website are free of viruses.
    • You must not use the website for any unlawful acts or illegal purposes.
    • You must not conduct data mining activities without a prior written consent of CleanScript management.
    • You must not post any pyramid scheme on the website.
    • Any personal information or data obtained on CleanScript website must only be used for genuine activities like sponsorship, employment or other recruitment activities.
    • You must not insert links to your adverts.
    • You are not permitted to promote brands not associated with your business.
    • CleanScript reserves the right to request for any information from you to verify that your adverts are genuine.
    • CleanScript reserves the right to remove adverts at any time though standard adverts becomes invalid after 60 days.
    • By posting on the site, you authorize CleanScript to save and retain all information relating to your posts.
    • If your access to any of our pages and the functionality contained in such require username and/or password, you are responsible for keeping your authorized login details safe, secure and confidential.
    • CleanScript will use all efforts to ensure availability of the website at all times. However, CleanScript and its service providers may observe some downtime from time to time due to routine maintenance. CleanScript will endeavour to shorten any downtime.
    • You agree that by clicking ‘join now’, ‘sign up’ or similar, registering, accessing or using our services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to comply with all CleanScript terms and conditions.

  • Refund Policy
    • Prior to the commencement of your work, we assure you of 100% money back upon cancellation of the service order.
    • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
    • Customers bear any associated charges with the refunds.
  • Privacy Policy
    • Your registration data and information will not be shared with any third party.
    • We will only share your personal information with your consent and/or where it is required to provide you with the help indicated.
    • All works are treated and handled with utmost care and confidentiality. No works will be shared with any third party without the prior consent of the owner.
